Went back down for a couple more hours tonight. Slower pace, but got most of the water cleaned up. 27 more load of 5 gallon buckets so.. 135 gallons. Total 910 gallons. That’s just nuts!
Very little standing water remains. I think there’s a bit more coming in. I’ll get it tomorrow. I left the dehumidifier on… do you think that will help?

oh my. Seriously, oh my freaking word. Melbourne has been in a drought for the past seven years, and to hear it raining like that at home makes me a little sad; their reservoir is a bit on the empty side, and we have all that excess that can’t really be shipped over without huge expense. Insane, really.
